Design Brief

To design a website that showcases my clients dog training business specifically for them to advertise their services but also to advertise their dog training classes and an e-commerce shop to sell dog toys and training aids.

Requirements

Domain name: We purchased and manage the domain name for our client

Hosting: We host the website on our servers

Website design: We used a fun cartoon style to emphasise a friendly and approachable business

Content management system: Our client wanted the ability to add and remove information at will and to achieve this we decided to use our CMS of choice; WordPress

Contact form: A simple contact form for potential clients to make contact. We also used a contact form as a registration form for dog training classes

Email: 1 email account was set up and linked to their outlook

Google maps: We used Google maps to show clients where the dog training classes take place

Logo design: We designed the logo to emphasise the fun and approachable nature of the company

Shop: Set up an e-commerce section to allow our client to sell dog based products
